OUR MISSION
Our mission is to serve God by empowering local coffee farmers and supporting sustainable development programs for under-served ethnic groups in rural areas of the Philippines.
We envision thriving coffee farming communities in the Philippines strengthened by their faith in God.

our story
Sinag Coffee Roastery traces back its roots to 2014 when we were volunteers at a missions organization. During a trip to Tagaytay, we fell in love with coffee that was sold in a local market and thought that perhaps we could sell it to help fund our mission trip. From this idea stemmed Oikos Coffee which this year became Sinag Coffee Roastery.
After six years, our family still travels to serve and minister to the Mangyan tribes of Mindoro. We now also partner with local coffee farmers there to bring you sustainably-sourced premium coffee. Through your support of Sinag Coffee Roastery, we provide these local coffee farmers with economic opportunities that are helping their families and communities thrive. At the same time, we share to them the joy of knowing Christ and His teachings.
With Philippine coffee constantly improving its quality, we hope to uplift Mangyan communities by helping them become a part of the burgeoning local coffee industry. These communities have untapped potential to produce single origin coffee. With knowledge, the right tools, and partnerships with like-minded people and organizations, Mangyan communities can be recognized as quality coffee producers.
As Sinag Coffee Roastery continues to grow, we aspire to provide traceable coffees sourced straight from cooperatives and farmers, not just from Mindoro, but from all over the Philippines – providing you better coffee in every cup!
